**Please Note** - Pricing in the packages above is the price to build & design your custom website.  A 50% deposit is required to begin work on your website and the remaining balance is due on completion of the website.  In addition to the cost of building the website a monthly fee of $49.99 will be billed for the duration of the time you have the website.  This additional monthly fee is for web hosting, and maintenance.  When you need edits to your website, they are billed at a rate of $100 per hour.   You can opt to pay per edit to the site at the rate of $100 per hour or if you want to have a plan with unlimited edits you can pay $99.99 per month and you can contact me any time you need edits to the site.  This $99.99 per month fee is for hosting, maintenance, and unlimited edits to your website for the duration that you have the website.  Keep in mind that websites need to be constantly updated.  For example, if you change your address, if you change your pricing structure, if you want to upload more photos to your projects or portfolio page.  If you have inventory and need to upload 100 new products to your website the following year.  If you want to remove old products or services you no longer sell or offer.  If you want to add new testimonials/reviews to your website.   If you do not anticipate needing a lot of changes to your website I would do the $49.99 per month plan and pay per edit.  If you anticipate needing constant edits and updates to your site with new products etc. then I would suggest doing the $99.99 per month plan so you have constant support for your website.   

All web design packages have a five week turn around time, except for E-commerce sites which require two months.  In some cases, the work may be done sooner.  It just depends on the complexity of the site you want to build.  The monthly fee for hosting, maintenance, and editing does not include a complete web re-design.  A web design agreement will be signed at the commencement of work stating when work will begin on your new website, and when it will be completed.  It will also state what you will pay as a deposit, what you will pay when the website is finished and what you will be billed each month.  The client is responsible for providing all photos for work that you want on your projects/portfolio page and/or any products/inventory you are selling.  I will use licensed stock images throughout the site that I see fit.  In other words, I have access to databases of photos that I will want to use, but in regards to showcasing your own work, products, you must provide those photos.  If you need help taking photos, I may offer photography services at a later date and/or can help you secure a professional photographer if you do not yet have photos of your work/products.  All of this can be worked out and discussed during your initial consultation.  I will hold your hand in the process as much as I can.  

The first five email addresses are FREE.  Anything above five email addresses there will be an annual fee for each email address.  For example, if you have a company of 50 employees, and you want an email address for all 50 employees, you will have to pay an annual fee for each of the 45 additional email addresses.  This will all be discussed during your initial consultation and all costs will be included in your web design agreement.  You may have to pay for the first five email addresses as well if you have to send large files with your emails because there is a size limit for attachments with the FREE email plan.  For example if you are an engineering company and need to send large scale drawings/plans, you likely will need to pay an extra fee because the free plan has a 25 MB attachment limit.  So if you foresee having to send large scale attachments there will be a fee for all email addresses.  Your domain is free for one year, but is billed at $30 per year for each additional year which is $2.50 per month (unless you bought your own domain).  If you bought your own domain, you are responsible for renewing it each year with the company you purchased it from.

You will be involved in the design process.  I am the web designer, however, you will have numerous times to review the site before it is completed to give your input, that way if you want something changed, or moved that will be done prior to the completion of the site.  This is your website and I want you to be completely satisfied with the finished product. 

2. WEB RE-DESIGN

Same prices as above.  If you want to completely overhaul your site and re-design it, it is like building the site from scratch, so prices are the same as the web design prices above.  It takes just as much effort to re-design the site as it does to build the site from scratch, therefore the prices are the same.  

3. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT

$600 per month.  We will manage all of your social media accounts to include regular postings, reviewing analytics, boosting posts as we see necessary, running contests, specials, and giveaways to give customers incentive to return to your social media pages/website,  joining and posting to facebook groups within your specific industry, monitoring comments and direct messages, and getting followers and likes for your pages.  Directing all social media sites to your website to increase traffic to your website.  If your social media accounts are not yet set up, we can set them up from scratch and regularly monitor and post to them.  This is all included in the $600 per month rate.  We manage Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, Yelp, LinkedIn, Houzz, Wikipedia, Soundcloud, and any other platforms you may wish to use.  Social media platforms are a great way to increase exposure for your business and to get more eyeballs on your business/products/services.  They should be taken advantage of and exploited in every way for maximum exposure for your business.

5. BUSINESS CARD DESIGN

$200 for business card design and 1000 business cards to start.  Fanning Design Studio also offers other promotional products for your business such as yard signs, pens, car magnets, stationary etc.  Inquire about pricing if you need other promotional products.  A price quote will be provided upon request.
